Sruti (Vedas) confirms that Brahman is non-dual. Jeeva (Life) is nothing but Brahman.(Jeevo Brahmmaiva Na Para).
Sloka 395:
Leave the the idea of "I am in this body". The truth is "You are That...Brahman itself" / Thathwam Asi" Brahman is personification of Eternal Bliss. Willingly and consciously reject the outer world.
