Happy to share the information pertains to Shad Adhaara Chakra. Probably I have gather only 15% of its real facts. However, these are the most important and valuable information a Sadhaka must know about it. Sri Chakra and Shadadhara Chakra Pooja to be conducted internally within our body from the tip of spinal code till the head. While meditating these informations must be remembered so that the Dhyana Sadhana will produce swift rewards.
