I have summarized some important notes that may be handy for making predictions or understand the horoscope indications. As you know it is not easy to write all principles of astrology however, knowing the following would help an astrologer to predict approximately 70%+ accurate. Least strong:      Planets in conjunction OR aspect by any one of the planets (benefic planets conjunction is good but malefic planet’s conjunction or aspect is bad).

 

MAARAKA AND BHAADHAKA LORDS (Destruction and Damage / Cause and Effect):

Maaraka lords are representatives of Death/Destruction/cause.  In all birth charts 2^nd, 7^th, and 12^th signs from Lagna are Maarakastaanas and those Raasi Lords are Maaraka Planets.

 

Baadhaka lord is representative of damages/effects.  Bhaadaka lord will change depend upon Lagna. The Baadhakasthaana is fixed as follows:

 

If Chara/Movable Raasi is Lagna, then the 11^th Raasi Lord becomes the “Bhaadaka Lord”

If Sthira/Fixed   Raasi is Lagna, then the 9^th Raasi Lord becomes the “Bhaadaka Lord”

If Ubhaya/Dual Raasi is Lagna, then the 7^th Raasi Lord becomes the “Bhaadaka Lord”

 

GENERAL NOTES:

1.       In a female horoscope, if malefic planets occupy both sides of Lagna and Chandra then she will destroy and bring bad names to both her and her husband’s family.
