SRI LALITHA SAHASRANAMAM - TAMIL BASHYAM | ADHYAY SARAM - JUN-29-2018 - DISCOURSE - 31

Om Namasivaya Nama:

Chapter 10 - Kshethra Kshetragna Roopam - Final
Naama Manthram:  341-372 (32 Manthraas)

Till Namavali 365 Vasinyaadhi Vagdevis explained Para Brahma Swaroopini Parasakthi of her Sthoola and Sookshma form. Hereafter, we are going to understand Her Para swaroopam. Para is Her third bodily form.

Paraa means Sound (Dwani/Sabdha/Aathma/Energy/Brahmam). Sabdha is also a subtle element of Akasa Thathwa. We are more exposed to Akasa Thathwa than other four elements viz: Prithvi/Earth, Jala/Water, Agni/Fire and Vaayu/Air. In spiritual world Aakasa means Atoms. We are made up of Atoms and all our limbs are composed of it.

Brahman has many aspects out of which the main ones are Vyaktham (Unveiled) and Avyaktham (Veild). This unveiled Brahman is also known as Kaarana Bindhu (Primordial Reason/Moola Prakruthi). From the Kaarana Bindu, Kaarya Bindu, Naadham & Bheejam are derived. When this Naadam and Bheejam unite a new being (person) is created.  This Avyaktha Brahman is residing in the chamber of Mooladharam Chakram in the form of Sound. When the Kaarya Bindu (Karma Sareeram or Praarabdha Sareeram or Form), Naadham & Bheejam unite it to create an Avyaktha Brahman (Sound). That Sound takes the help of Air and spread across the body, though its primary position is at Mooladharam. In this situation, this Sabdha Brahman is known as Para Vaak, then it enters Mani Pooraka Chakram and climbed to Anahatha Chakram (Mind) and takes the name of Pasyanthi Vaak, then it develops the contact with Budhi (Brain for instruction) to known as Madhyamaa Vaak, again with the help of Vaayu it comes out through Visudhi Chakram known as Vaikharee Vaak. This Vaikharee Vaak is crystal clear for anyone to understand the meaning of said sound. (Clear words embedded with meaning).

So far we learned Vyaktha Brahman in Sthoola and Sookhma section. Now we have also learned how the Avyaktha Brahman getting converted into Vyaktha Brahman in the form of Sound. We all know that all things in and around us have a name and form. According to Saasthra, it says every being has 5 identities viz: Aasthi (Knowledge of Sef), Bhaathi (Understood base on the known), Premam (Love), Naamam (Name) & Roopam (Form).

Those who interact with divine mother Parasakthi in this manner on daily basis will eventually witness that She is occupying our Mind/Heart and enjoy playing with us.

Summary: Those who know more and more about their own bodies and the invisible innermost power which lead the body to achieve its goals/objectives (Moksha) will eventually attain Salvation.

SRI LALITHA SAHASRANAMAM - TAMIL BASHYAM | ADHYAY SARAM - JUN-22-2018 - DISCOURSE - 30

Om Namasivaya Nama:

Chapter 10 - Kshethra-Kshethragna Roopam continuation...
Naama Manthram : 341-372 (32 Manthraas)

Many devotees consider and worship Brahman as Parasakthi (Divine Mother), and She acts as a divine mother for every being on this earth. Though Brahman is 100% Maya itself, yet She takes initiatives due to her compassion towards children of Brahman (all existence is derived from the same Brahman, hence Her children) to reveal herself in human form which is more acceptable to them. One of the other reason for it is, humans respect either someone like them or equal to them or above, therefore God has to take human form to guide them. Believe me, in this universe, more people are unhappy and suffering than happy and enjoying the life, even after achieving so much on the technology and medical facilities front. The biggest reason for this is disbelief in God as well as themselves.

There are two precious mothers for each and every person or being. One Divine Mother (Karana Mother) who gave birth to our life (Soul/Jeeva/Prana etc...) and the second Casual Mother (Karya Moher) who gave birth to this mortal body. Divine mother is a permanent and Casual mother is temporary.

She is very particular about all creations (Humans) must achieve the ultimate goal of "Self Realization" or "Salvation". For this purpose, She will give innumerable chances through various types of births.

Brahman is realized through two mainstream approaches viz: Sabala Brahmam (Vachayartham - Sruti Roopan - Divine Instructions - Orders - Varied - Multiple meanings to whatever we hear) and Sabdha or Sudha Brahmam (Lakshyaartham - Goal - End of Ignorance - Salvation - Mukthi).

The seeker must realize that She is the conjunction of Saguna (Form) and Nirguna (Formless) Brahman. This realization has to be in the Chith (Consciousness) so that this realization will provide a Rasam (Taste) which can be relinquished every time. Those who achieved this state are her Parampara (Clan) viz: Brahma, Vishnu & Rudran.

SRI LALITHA SAHASRANAMAM - TAMIL BASHYAM | ADHYAY SARAM - JUN-15-2018 - DISCOURSE - 29

Om Namasivaya Nama:

Chapter 10 - Kshethra-Kshethragna Roopam
Naama Manthram : 341-372 (32 Manthraas)

Divine mother reveals to his children that your physical body itself a temple and the residing Chaithanyam (Consciousness) is none other than myself (Paramathma). We build the temple with bricks, cement and mud etc then an Idol/Murthy is installed and invoke the Universal Spirit (Brahman in Saguna Swaroopam) into it. Likewise, the human body is mainly created out of 5 Bhoothas (primary elements) and7 Dhathus (components) etc. and Praan / Jeeva Aathma / Kshethresan (Life Energy) is entered into this mortal body to get rid of specs dirt from past life. Thus indicating that You (Jeeva) itself Me (Brahman) therefore learning about your own self will lead to enlightenment.  Thathwam Asi and Asi Thathwan (You are That and That is nothing but You).

According to Thripura Sidhantham, this human body consists of 36 components viz: Para Siva, Para Sakthi, Sadha Siva, Easwara, Sudha Vidhya, Maya, Kala Kanjuka (Divine Particles), Avidhya, Raga, Kaala, Niyathi, Purusha, Chitham, Mana, Budhi, Ahamkaram, Sabdha, Sparsa, Roopa, Rasa, Gandha, Nethram, Karnam, Thwak (Skin), Jihwa (Tongue), Naasam (Nose), Aakasam (Atom), Vayu, Jalam, Agni, Prithvi, Vaak, Kharam, Paadham, Udharam, Lingam/Khethram (Genital Part). The fact is there is only one Owner to this 36 components property who is Parasakthi Herself. Thus, one should appreciate, nurture and take care of the body until Realization (Aathma Sakshathkaram). [Sareeram Adhyam Khalu Dharma Sadhanam - because we need this body for realization purpose].

Once a seeker realizes his/her own divinity, there won't be any loss to the body (Sthoola-Sookshma-Para). A person's body will decay or depreciate only to the one who is addicted or surrendered to 23 type of Vikaraas (Disorder/Transformation), whereas She is out of these and makes sure Her devotees to overcome such impediments.

Divine mother never ever failed in any task, the same way She ensures her devotees achieve the same entitlement during their mundane life. She guides her devotees to overcome Kaama, Krodha, Lobha, Moha, Madha, Mathsarya Doham (defects) and separate life energy (in pure form/trained and purified energy/soul) from the army of 36.

She also disagrees and disapproves the people of self-proclaimed Godman/Godwoman and also out rightly reject the wicked people who create their own rules and regulations (so-called Dharmas) and claims that it is said in the Vedas etc... She greatly respects and propagates "Sadhacharam" (Good manners, virtuous, good-conducts etc).

Devotees suffer and disturbed from 3 important heats (asceticism) that create confusion and restless to realize the truth such as Aadhyathmikam (Invisible/Subtle Knowledge of Parasakthi), Aadhi Bhouthikam (Open and Hiddle Activities) and Aadhi Dhaiveekam (Sathwik mentality to achieve the benefits of Sathwik benefits through good practice), To overcome this heat, She assumes the duty of a cool bright moon (Mind is the cool moon in our body). As we all know, the mind is everything and mind will decide whether we are free or captive! (Mana Eva Manushayaanam Karanam Bandha Mokshaya).

The Life Energy (Jeevathma) will never ever die, the death comes to our mortal body, not to the Aathma. The Aathma is Parasakthi herself (for those who realized) therefore She is known as ever living and ever youthful. It is said by well known realized devotees/saints (Mahathmaas),  and certified by Vasinyadhi Vaagdevis, not by ordinary people! Therefore, it carries truth and weight in it.

To be continued...

SRI LALITHA SAHASRANAMAM - TAMIL BASHYAM | ADHYAY SARAM - JUN-08-2018 - DISCOURSE - 28

Om Namasivaya Nama:

Chapter 9 - Pancha Brahma Swaroopam - Final
Naama Manthram: 249-340 (91 Naamaas)

Our divine mother took the initiative to rehabilitate/elevate us from ignorant being to true knowledgeable, for which She created Vedas as Her instruction manual. She used all her true devotees' mind (Maharshis) to narrate in different approaches. Every action has got its good or bad results, therefore She is guiding her devotees to do good and earn holy credits to enjoy better life either on earth or elsewhere.

Vedas are usually understood through Vedanthas/Upanishads, Sookthaas, Slokas, Songs, Smrithis till a holy name. Such Veda signals (Knowledge Particles) were received by the Rishis (Saints) when few particles of Sindhooram (Kum-Kum) adorned by Her fell into this earth. Divine mother kept all Universal Knowledge on her head divided by Good/Positive knowledge on one side and Bad/Negative on another side. Seeker's third eye (Inner Subtle Vision - Sindhoora Rekha/Line) makes an attempt to realize between Good & Bad and realizes the truth, this is called Absolute Knowledge (Gnaana). At present we have 4+1 Vedas, 1008+ Upanishads and Sookthas, Itihasaas, innumerable slokas, songs and Naamaas etc., yet we have not learned this universal truth even to the extent of say 10% (Approximation). That is why Rishis sat on meditation for thousands of years yet they could achieve only this much. So, now imagine how big is the Absolute Brahman!

Her instructions (Divine Advise) in Sanskrit is known as Vedas and Aagmaas in Tamil. Out of innumerable Purusharthas (Pursuits), 4 Purusharthas are very important and Dharma (Justice/Righteous) is the base for achieving all of these. Humans should first achieve Dharma and through Dharma, he/she must acquire or achieve Artha (Wealth), Kama (Desires) and Moksha (Salvation). The one who achieved these four would be considered as Poorna (Full Cycle), that is the purpose of his/her birth that stands fully accomplished life.

Her place is known as "Sri Puram" / "Srimannagarm" / "Sri Nagar". To reach this place once must cross 25 Prakaraas (Passages). These 25 Prakaaraas are occupied by greatest Gods and devotees waiting for Her dharsan and service. Prakaram 17 & 18 occupied by Maha Vishnu, Prakaram 16 & 17 Brahma, Prakaram 14 & 15 Astha Dikpalakas (8 Quarter Gods = Indra, Agni, Yama, Niryathi, Varunan, Vaayu, Kuberan & Easanan).

Narayan, Siva & Sakthi all are same as Brahman itself, based on the situation and time period they are known by different names.  This Brahman is also known as Nada Brahman (Brahman has many aspects such as Nadam, Bindu, Kala etc..). Nadam represents female energy. Upon realization, there will be no name or form, everything will have vanished. This is the state of absoluteness.

According to Sasthras, there are 7 crores (70 Million) Maha Manthras exists (Greatest Hymn). HRIM is the Seed/Beeja Manthra for all these 7 crores manthras. She is the form of HRIM itself. Therefore, chanting this Manthra itself gives the holly credits of chanting all those 7 crores Maha Manthras.

For a true devotee, Parasakthi is everything to say, Mother, Father, Sister, Brother, Friend, Lover, Guru etc... She saves her devotees from all corners. One can attract her through innocent devotion. She pervaded this universe in the name of Vishnu Maya and protect all devotees (irrespective of Gods, Religion, Faith, Caste etc...) until they complete the life cycle.

Summary: One can attain salvation by realizing that none in this universe including Gods and Goddesses can survive without Her (Supreme Divine Energy) blessings on them. This is the absolute truth.

SRI LALITHA SAHASRANAMAM - TAMIL BASHYAM | ADHYAY SARAM - JUN-01-2018 - DISCOURSE - 27

Om Namasivaya Nama:

Chapter 9 - Pancha Brahma Swaroopam continues...

Once you attain the divinity there is no bonding between Dharma and Adharma, everything one and the same. Whatever is accepted by the Vedas are known as Dharma (Pious/Righteous) and rejected ones are Adharma (Not Pious/Unrighteousness).

Paramathman created three main bodies for the Jeevathma viz: Sthoola, Sookshma and Para to activate this Brahmandam (Universe). In that set, Sthoola Dheham (Sareeram) is made up of 7 components viz: Skin, Blood, Meat, Fat, Bone, Marrow and Sperm.

The Athman/Jeevan gets its different names depends upon its state:

1. Sthoola Sareeram = Viswan (Jagradha Avastha) - Karma (Action)
2. Sookhma Sareeram = Thaijasan (Swapna Avastha) - Swapna (Dream)
3. Para Sareeram  = Praagnan (Sushuptha Avastha) - Kaaranam (Subtle Reason)

1. The activities between Karmedriyas 5 and Gnaanedriyas 5 are known as Jagradha Avastha
2. The activities of Antha Karanas = Mana, Budhi, Chitham and Ahamkaram are known as Sookshma Avastha
3. All of the above fourteen elements merge in the Aathma/Jeevan is known as Sushuptha Avastha.

Whereas the Paramathman Parasakthi is absolutely unattached or unafflicted by these states. Therefore, the Aathma-Swaroopi (Seeker/Devotee) must try hard to realize the absolute truth and rejoin Paramathma. This is possible only by understanding Pancha Brahma Swaroopam.

The Paramathma Parasakthi itself became Brahma (Srushti/Creation/Visible), Vishnu (Sthithi/Sustain/Sukshma) and Rudra (Samhara/Withdrawal/Athi Sukshma). Srushti is more evident and visible, whereas Sthithi is kind of subtle (because we don't know how and why we are living), and Samhara much more subtle (we really don't know why and how are we dying, why can't we live forever?). I am mentioning this because if you study Biology, Chemistry and Physics you know what are the dangers are in and around us and complicated this universe, yet we survive all odds and live. Don't you think this is a surprise (Aasharyam!).

This universe is created out of three qualities (Gunas) known as Rajas, Sathwa and Thamas. Therefore, any derived beings from this Cosmic Energy will also have these three qualities in them. Initially, it will be 33.33% equal share thereafter, each one's lifestyle based on Prarabda Karma its proportions will change. Eventually, the net effects will be afflicted on Jeeva (Life Energy) like Metabolism, Catabolism and Anabolism, though all these are energies, some are good and some are bad when its proportions change.

Paramathma Parasakthi sees everything through Sun, Moon and Stars. Sun is more visible (Jagradha Avastha), Moon is subtle (Sookhma Avastha) and Stars (Athi Sookshma Avastha) micro subtle. When we open our eyes we can see everything clearly, whereas when we see through our mind (Sookshma) we can see our In and Out, finally, when we see through our Life Energy (Athisooksma) we see everything including the visible and invisible universe.

Paramathman Parasakthi is also the life power for Brahma, Vishnu and Rudra as their Sakthis. Everything has an Energy support for its Matter. No Matter can be of its own without the support of its residing energy. Every food has energy, every form and formless has energy. It is an endless topic to narrate, therefore, in summary, everything becomes Nothing without the Energy.

According to Siva Soothram, there are 8.4 Million (84 lakhs) of Asanas are there. (Aasanaani Samasthani, Yavandho Jeeva Jandhava: Charassithi Lakshani Sivena Khadhitha nicha!!). Out of which 108 important and 36 very important and the No.1 is Padmasana. Our Divine Mother sits in this Aasana. This Padmasana is the universal seat or centre of everything. One who sits in this position will attain 6 most precious qualities known as Aiswaryam, Veeryam, Keerthi, Sree, Gnaanam and Vairagyam. The one who possesses these 6 qualities will be known as Bhagavathy or Bhagavan.

How Brahman is sub-divided and became "Padmanaaba Sahodari or Krishna Sahodari"

First Brahmam divided into 2 parts known as Dharmam and Dharmi.

Dharma further divided into 2 parts known as Purushan (Male/Positive Energy) and Sthri (Female/Negative Energy). This Purusha became Maha Vishnu and Sthri became Parvathy. Therefore these three elements (Purusha+Sthri+Dharmi) make this Universe (Akanda Brahmam).

This Brahman Divine Mother can make and dissolve this universe within a fraction of opening and closer Her eyelids once.

There are 4 types of Varna and Asramas are referred in this Chapter for everyone to know their existence and elevate themselves from Zero to Everything. They are:

Varna: Brahmana, Kshatriya, Vaisya and Soodra
Aasrama: Brahmachari, Gruhastha, Vana Prasthan and Sanyasi.

Why did She accept this practice? Because to unite everyone instead of fighting and killing each other. Nobody is greater than the other, however, the reality of life is that every being has to raise from Ignorance/darkness to Gnanan/light. This is the inevitable cycle of this Life/Jeeva. That is why we and other beings are here. There are two important methods suggested for elevation viz: Gnaana and Karma. Vedas are known as Gnaana Roopam (Aagnaa) and the same Vedas/Gnaanam are approached through viz: Knowledge and Action. This Action is nothing but Karma Kandam.

In today's life, this system is still continued and it is known as "Reservation Policy".

SRI LALITHA SAHASRANAMAM - TAMIL BASHYAM / ADHYAY SARAM - MAY-25-2018 - DISCOURSE - 26

Om Namasivaya Nama:

Chapter 9 - Pancha Brahma Swaroopam
Naama Manthram : 249-340 (91 Naamas)

Whatever we see or hear in this universe is a by-product or derivative of Absolute Brahman Paramathma. The combination of three elements known as Prana, Jeeva and Sthoola (Cosmic Energy, Life Energy & Matter/Mass). According to this Chapter, Vasinyaadhi Devis'  explains that all Sthoola elements will become inactive if the activation energy does not reside in it, that includes even Primary Brahmas viz: Brahma, Vishnu, Rudra, Maheswara & Sadasiva.

First, four Brahmas sit as pillars and the fifth Brahma makes a plain table top. The Absolute Brahman Parasakthi sit on top of Sadasiva this is the Pancha Brahma Swaroopam. Why Parasakthi has to sit on top of Brahmas is nothing but the Absolute Cosmic Energy (Paramathma) dominate and shine in those bodies.

What are those important derived forms and formless elements/Thathwam = means Positive + Negative / Siva + Sakthi / Paramathma + Jeevathma / Cosmic Energy + Life Energy. Matter or Mass or Body is not having any importance here because it is perishable/mortal.

- Pancha Brahmas: Brahma, Vishnu, Rudra, Maheswara & Sadasiva
- Pancha Sakthis: Saraswathy, Lakshmi, Durga, Savithry & Radha
- Pancha Bhuthas: Space, Air, Fire, Water & Earth
- Pancha Thanmathras: Sabda, Sparsa, Rupa, Rasa & Gandha (Sound, Touch, Form, Taste & Smell)
- Pancha Indriyas (Gnanedriyas): Seeing, Hearing, Tasting, Smelling, Touching
- Pancha Indriyas (Karmedriyas): Eyes, Ears, Toungue, Nose & Skin or Vak, Payu, Pani,       Padham & Upastham (Tongue, Anus, Hands, Legs & Genital Part)
- Pancha Kosas/Sheaths: Annamaya, Pranamaya, Gnanamaya, Vignaanamaya & Aanandamaya
- Pancha Pranaas: Prana, Apana, Vyana, Udhana & Samana
- Pancha Easwra Krithyam: Srushti, Sthithi, Samharam, Thirodhanam & Anugraham
- Pancha Jeevathma Krithyam: Jagrathavastha, Swapa, Sushuptha, Thurya & Thuryaatheetha
- Pancha Devas: Vasudeva, Sangarshanan, Pradhymnan, Nirudhan & Narayanan
- Pancha Karanas: Kshethragnan, Prakruthi, Manas, Budhi, Chitham & Ahamkaram
- Pancha Easwras: Easanan, Thathpurushan, Vamadevan, Sathyojathan & Agoran
- Pancha Sanathana Mahat Thathwas: Purushan, Prakruthi, Time, Space and Karma.

After understanding these concepts, the seeker identifies himself/herself with the truth that Seeker, Seen & Sought (Gnaana, Gnaathru & Gneyam) and one the same. This is called Realization or Salvation or Moksham.

SRI LALITHA SAHASRANAMAM - ADHYAY SARAM - MAY-18-2018 - DISCOURSE - 25

Om Namasivaya Nama:

Chapter 8 - Saguna Upasana - Final
Naama Manthram: 193-248 (55 Naamas)

Human beings are habituated and accepted with something that they can feel, hear, touch, taste and smell, why because it is tangible and understandable. According to Paramathma divine mother, a seeker can assume Her presence in any object by just naming or seeing Her in that object and She will accept that choice of Her devotee.

1. Pararabhman has 4 faces such as Purushan (Life Energy), Vyaktham (Matter/Mass/Clear), Avyaktham (Space/Changeable/Unclear) & Kalam (Time).

2. There are 7 crores (70 Million) Maha Manthraas exists on this earth. The seed for all these Maha Manthraas is Hrim or Aum.

3. The divinity and divine power exist in Name (Manthra), Forms (/Thanthra/Mudra) and Device (Yanthra). Therefore it is easy for the "truth seeker" to identify himself with absolute Brahman.

4. Yagas are 2 types, Kramam (conducted through 64 Yogini Gana Devathas) and Akramam (All other types of activities).

5. These 12 important Upasikars/ Seekers realized Her (Paramatma's) through their severe penance and identified Her through their composed Beeja Mantras. They are Manu, Chandran, Kuberan, Lopamudra, Manmathan, Agasthyan, Agni, Sooryan, Indran, Skandhan, Sivan & Krodha-Battarakan.

6. Divine mother is worshipped by 64 crores (640 million) Yogini Gana Devatas. They are formulated as 8x8 = 64 x 10,000,000 = 640,000,000.

7. For a meditator, She is felt in important 9 sensitive centres (Chakras).

8. Moon is very important for all living beings. All beings get closer to Moon's energy on Poorna Day (Full Lunar Day). Therefore, meditating Her on the surface of full moon makes his/her spiritual journey achieve its target quickly. Moon is the significator of our Mind and the Mind is made up of subtle particles of our consumed food. (Veda says Annath Manaha). Also, Mind is everything and it is the greatest gift to mankind.

Summary: One can attain salvation even by seeing or believing the divine presence in every objects in this universe.

SRI LALITHA SAHASRANAMAM - ADHYAY SARAM - MAY-11-2018 - DISCOURSE - 24

Om Namasivaya Nama:

Chapter 8 - Saguna Upasana
Naama Manthram : 193-248 (55 Naamas)

Absolute Brahman Paramathma unveiled and became everything, to say 8.4 million types of beings that includes humans and for the same to live comfortably it created the Pancha Bhuthas (Five Elements). Whatever we see and hear is all Her (Aham). Brahman Parasakthi out of Her wish (they are three primordial forces known as Icha, Gnana, Kriya) created everything for the purpose of Creation, Sustain & Withdraw (Srushti, Sthithi & Samhara). Whatever She became is known as her Form/Avathara. A true seeker can see the presence of Her (God) in anything and everything. That is the whole advice in this Chapter.

Saguna Upasana: Sa means universal life/energy/Aathma, Guna means Matter, Quality, Quantity, measurable unit and Upasana means Trying to realize that Life is there in anything and everything.

When you consider Paramathma is a divine mother, being divine mother She has abandoned love and compassion for her creations. A normal mother may or may not have so much love and compassion because she is under the influence of ignorance (Maya), that is why Paramathma is known as divine mother.

SRI LALITHA SAHASRANAMAM - ADHYAY SARAM - MAY-04-2018 - DISCOURSE - 23

Om Namasivaya Nama:

Chapter 7 - Nirguna Upasana (Final)

When the seeker starts searching inside him/her he will find lots of secrets and powers of his previous births that is because of divine mother's help. Therefore the devotees can help himself/herself and find divinity within them. This is the greatness of Nirguna Upasana. Now let us learn Ahamkaram!

Ahamkara (Self/Ego) are 3 types:
1. Vaikarikam (Explicit/open)
2. Thaijasam (Introward)
3. Bhuthadhi (Spread across all)

Desire is the primary reason for action (Kriya/Karma), such action results Punya (Merits) and Paapa (Demerits) therefore either do Nishkamya Karma or do nothing. There is no need of any formalities to start praying and craving for the realization of Paramathma. Even once you do, your demerits will disappear. However, humans continue to do knowingly or unknowingly Paapa Punya Kriya. Therefore, one must do prayer regularly to ward off such negative influences on us.

Divine mother does not differentiate between beings due to which She is calm. Usually, likes and dislikes prompt one to get angry. So practice and follow what she is doing to achieve her status. One should not engage himself/herself in doing Pooja, Havan, Yagnam (individual), Yagam (Public) if he/she cannot control anger.

A seeker must get rid of doubts for better realization. She is absolutely free from doubts. Therefore She guides every devotee must possess these 5 precious qualities to eradicate doubts in us. These are called Pancha Aikya Anusanthanam. They are Self/Existence, Blessed Manthram, Manthra Devatha, Yanthra of the Devatha and Guru.

Next topic Samadhi. They are few viz. Samadhi, Savikalpa Samadhi, Sahaja Samadhi & Nirvikalpa Samadhi. Samadi in general means, the status of mind that will have no discrimination between any beings. This is easily practicable only in Nirguna Upasana.

How can one overcome the fear of death?
Unless you become a master of Aathma Gnaanam (Source of Self), you will have the fear. Why Aathma Gnanaani is out of such fear because he/she knows the Aathma (Energy) does not die. The death is only for the physical body. However, usually, people are scared to death because they are not personally experienced but seen others death and how much they suffered while death. Generally, the curiosity of death is nothing but knowing how they will die, what type of pain they will have to undergo, why should one die, when and where they will lose this body (in other words the life will leave this body).

Though everything is directed by divine mother (Paramathma) yet many do not reciprocate with a thanking note to Her. This is the surprise, however, even in this situation, She is not expecting anything from us but our welfare until we merge with Her.

Summary: One can attain salvation even with formless worship by knowing Self.

Om Namasivaya Nama:

Chapter 7 - Nirguna Upasana continues...

In this Chapter Thathwas (Elements/Substance/Essence/Truth) were further explained since all Thathwas are part and parcel of Guna (Form) whereas Nirguna Upasana is a formless approach to Absolute Brahman. Let's learn some of the Thathwas and its involvements to learn how one can understand Nirgunathwam. Unless the seeker learns about these elements and makes friends with them, it is difficult for him/her to pass the boundaries.

25 Thathwas are different in the various school of philosophy. Sankhya Sidhanth deal with the following:
-  Purusha (Chaithanyam), Mahath, Budhi, Ahamkara, Gnaanedriyas, Karmendriyas, Manas, Pancha Thanmathraas, Pancha Bhuthas.

How many types of Thathwas are mentioned in the Sasthras?
- They are four (4) types:
a) Kaaranam (Reason) only, b) Kaaryam (Impact of Event) only, c) On one thing Kaaranam and the other Kaaryam only, d) Neither Kaaranam nor Kaaryam.

23+1 = 24 Vikaaraas (Changeable elements)?
- Kaaranam & Kaaryam mixed are 7 viz. Mahath, Ahamkaram, Pancha Bhuthas.
- Only Kaaryam are 16 viz. Pancha Gnaanedriyas, Pancha Karmendriyas, Manas, Pancha Bhuthaas.
- Nither Kaaranam nor Kaaryam is 1 viz. Purushan
- Moola Prakruthi (Primordial Reason for the birth of Universe) is always staying as Kaaranam

Which Thathwaas is the closest to the Aathma?
- Known as Anthakaranaas viz. Manas, Buddhi, Chittham & Ahamkaram.

Which Thathwaas will not allow you to be close to the Aathma?
- Known as Shad Vairies (Six Enemies) viz. Kaama, Krodha, Lobha, Moha, Madha & Maathsaryam.

Which is the easy source to get away from these Shad Vairies?
- Dhyanam alone (Deep Search is called Dhyanam. It will start with form later converge into formless naturally, no specific efforts are needed). That is why I say through Sagana Upasana one will eventually end up in Nirgunathwam.

SRI LALITHA SAHASRANAMAM - ADHYAY SARAM - APR-20-2018 - DISCOURSE - 21

Om Namasivaya Nama:

Chapter 7 - Nirguna Upasana continues...

She says those who have a disturbed mind can't realize their own Aathma. In other words, one must possess the calm mind and try to meditate on Her. Since She (Paramathma) is full there is nothing more to add or subtract from it. This means all unrealized ones are incompleted Aathmas. Do you know why? because Anthakarana Upadhis (Mana, Budhi, Chitham & Ahamkara) considered Jeevathmas are part of Paramathma, not Paramathma itself. After rigorous meditation, the seeker will win over these four Antahkarana and conclude that He/She is full not part.

What is Agnaanam? (Illusion)
- Nothing other than Her Maya form.

What is Jagath? (Universe)
- Union or togetherness of Man and Woman makes Jagath.

SRI LALITHA SAHASRANAMAM - ADHYAY SARAM - APR-13-2018 - DISCOURSE - 20

Om Namasivaya Nama:

Chapter 7 - Nirguna Upasana
Naama Manthram : 126-192 (66 Naamas)

People those who do not believe in Brahman/God in a form can still achieve the realization of God within. It is an interesting approach, in fact, the true approach to God realization. Whenever you see the God only in a form/device, you are limiting yourself as well putting boundaries to Godhood, which is wrong. Paramathma is everywhere and in everything, it is beyond boundaries, words or imaginations. Though it is perceived as truthful, it is untruthful too, because even the imagination is (whether a word or form or device) occupying a space and the space is nothing but a measurement of mass or matter. However, we have to have some base/starting point to start our spiritual journey. Therefore, this formless worship is also a better choice for God Realization to achieve Salvation.

The best description of Paramathma is - I am everywhere at the same time nowhere, I am everything as well I am nothing. I am neither this nor that.

Parasakthi Pooja is devised in two ways:
1. Baahyam - known as = Vaidhikam (Manthra) & Thanthrikam (Sign language)
2. Antharam - known as = Sadharam (Idol) & Niradharam (Samvith / Mind)

Jiva (Soul/Life Energy) are having Three types:
1. Sakalan / Asudhan / Impure = Impure, polluted, the sheath of ignorance as well afflicted life energy
2. Pralayakulan / Misran / Mixed = who see God in mortal bodies / perishable devices (Upadhis)
3. Vignaana Kevalan / Sudhan / Pure = Knower of true knowledge, achiever of scientific truth

There are Three types of Malam (Dirt / Impurity / Secretion)
1. Mayikam / Maya (Ignorance)
2. Kayikam / Action bound (Kriya)
3. Anavam / False Ahamkaram (Ego)

What is Nirgunam?
Anything attribute-less. Every attribute is a part of either of Space or Time or Sathwa (Sustain) or Rajas (Create) or Thamas (Withdraw) portion/particle. Whatever we see, hear, touch, smell or understand all are one way or the other form only. Yet, we try to ignore this truth and pacify our feelings and understandings to call it Formless. Though it is a kind of cheating to ourselves, why because of the Energy cannot be classified as a form but it gets activated in a specific or specified body. In other words, human beings can understand or realize "A Thing" only through these Thrigunas, whereas the Absolute Brahman / Purest Energy is beyond the definition of these Thriguna by Mind or Words or Action).

To be continued.

SRI LALITHA SAHASRANAMAM - ADHYAY SARAM - MAR-30-2018 - DISCOURSE - 19

Om Namasivaya Nama:

Chapter-6 Bakthanugraham
Naama Manthram : 112-125 (14 Naamaas)

Human beings are the utmost important creation of Paramathma Parasakthi out of 84 lakhs (8.4 Million creatures). Yet, humans are also bound by Samsara whereby it is difficult for them to get out of this illusion. They are tide by ropes made out of the physical body itself, worldly possessions, friends & relatives, name & fame, useless knowledge etc... All these put together called Samsara Bandhan (Bhavan / Transmigration effect). Basically living in the illusionary world!

Whereas divine mother is assuring Her devotees that Bakthi (Innocent pure devotion) alone enough to realize Her and attain Moksha (Salvation). As we learned there are 5 types of Mokshas (Salokhyam, Samepyam, Saroopyam, Sayujyam and Kaivalyam).

There are 3 important Bakthi sadhana / Upasana called Samanya Bakthi, Prema Bhakti & Mukhya Bakthi. Out of many methods of Upasana viz Gnana Yoga, Bhakti Yoga & Karma Yoga. these three Yogas also inter-shift in reality. For example Gnaana Yoga - Learning (Ghyan), Practicing (Karma) & Teaching (Bakthi).

Bhavam (Samsaram) is also known as Mahadevan, Kamadevan and Samsaram. This means She makes Siva into Life and Life back into Siva. She plays this game until the Pralaya happens.

Bhavam (Samsaram) is classified into 2 categories.
1. Saabdhi - Instruction from Vedas, Divine names, Guru Vachan.
2. Aarthi - Meanings of Veda Manthras, Anushtanam, Experience, Practical.

She not only helps Her devotees while living but also at the end of the life. Vedas says every human being will realize his true body (soul) at the time of death. Means, leaving everything and the only thing left to him/her is their Soul. Siva become Kalaagni Rudran during Pralayam (Dissolution time) and that Rudra is known as Sarvan, She accompanies him to take care all devotees.

Attaining Moksha is not an easy task or joke. It is a difficult process to even understand what exactly is Moksha. But She, out of sheer compassion helps devotees even to achieve Moksha (Salvation).  Every day when we sleep is a death and only She witness our life while awake as well deep sleep, that is why we could able to say that I had an excellent deep sleep and I am happy. With this type of sleep, he/she is achieving a great relief of everything. This is only a sample of Moksha Sukham (Freedom Enjoyment).

Summary: Innocent devotion is more than enough to attain Moksham (Salvation).

SRI LALITHA SAHASRANAMAM - ADHYAY SARAM - MAR-16-2018 - DISCOURSE - 18

Om Namasivaya Nama:

Chapter 5 - Kundalini Roopam continues...

Three Upasana Sampradhaaya Parampara (Clan of worship) is mentioned in this chapter called Chakra Sangetham, Mantra Sangetham and Pooja Sangetham. Three worship constitution or an approach to knowing Her.

Her presence is mentioned in Thruputi (Triangle principles) forms viz: Maathru, Maana & Meyam, Pancha Dasakshari, Kama Kalaaksharam & Kundalini, and Gnana, Gnaathru & Gneyam (Knowledge, Knower and Known). A Sadhak has to overcome the power of 3 Granthis (Knot) known as Brahma (Rajo Guna), Vishnu (Sathwa) and Rudra (Thamo) controlling Mooladhara Chakra, Manipooraka Chakra and Aghnaa Chakram respectively.  Once the Kundalini crosses over these Chakra and reaches Sahasraara Chakram, the life (Sadhaka) will dive into Amrutha Samudhram; due to which that Amrutha (Nector) spread across the body and reach 72,000 nerves. At this stage, the Sadhak (Yogi or Practioner or Seeker) will attain the status of Moksha. In other words, no more duality or ignorance exists in him/her.

This Kundalini is also known as Kulam and Akulam (Underneath of outer and inner space of Sushmna Nerve). She is also worshipped in Gruha (House), Desam (City), Dheham (Body) and Vamsa (Clan) therefore known as Kaulini.

There are two types of Pooja (worship) mentioned her such as Kula Pooja (Bahyakasam = do pooja in the open sky itself example any outside Poojas) and Akula or Samaya Pooja (Antharaakasam of Heart = do pooja inside your body).

Siva and Sakthi are one and also they are equal in all their activities mainly Five important equality are mentioned here viz: Aadhara Chakras = Adhishtanam, Pancha Kruthyam = Anushtanam, Nrutham = Avastha, Naadha/Naama = Naama and Varna = Roopa Samyam.

Six important Charas illuminate in our inner body where the spinal code is situated. Each Chakra got the different number of petals (gateways).

Material Development Process (Anybody can do!)
1. Mooladharam = 4 Petals (Brahma Granthi) - Creation
2. Swadhishtanam = 6 Petals

Spiritual Development Process (Few can do!)
3. Manipoorakam = 10 Petals (Vishnu Ghanthi) - Sustain
4. Anahatham = 12 Petals

Divine Experience Realization (Very few can do!)
5. Visudhi = 16 Petals
6. Aagna = 2 Petals (Rudra Granthi) - Withdrawal

Divinity Itself (Only Divine can do!)
7. Sahasranam = 1000+ Petals (Actually innumerable)

Total 50 Petals (All these Petals signify a specific Mathra / Syllables). Every language or sound produced by each and every individual is within these syllables only. Therefore, every sound of ours are actually divine but we created our own negative meaning for it and got confused within that atmosphere, accordingly our mind get impurified.

Raising Kundalini and doing Samaya Pooja is an excellent divine experience. Ideally, a practising Guru is needed to guide.

Summary: One can realize divinity and achieve liberation through Kundalini Yoga Practice.

SRI LALITHA SAHASRANAMAM - ADHYAY SARAM - MAR-09-2018 - DISCOURSE - 17

Om Namasivaya Nama:

Chapter 5 - Kundalini Roopam
Naama Manthram : 88 to 111 (24 Naamas)

In Sri Lalitha Sahasranaamam this Chapter consists 24 Mantras and these Mantras are like 24 Charat Gold pieces. Let us try to understand what divine mother is offering to us.

Why Mantra? The one who chants with full faith will protect him/her from all odds that are why it is called Mantra. Mantras can be chant in 3 ways viz Loudly, Lip Movement and in silently in Mind. Al note there is no difference between God and its name! Those who differentiate will be considered a sinner! because God is with and without (Naada Brahmam - Roopa Brahmam - AnaadaaaRoopa Brahmam).

In the previous chapters, we learned that divine mother revealed herself in 3 forms viz Sthoolam, Sookshmam & Param. In the Sookshma Roopam, it is further expanded as Pancha Dasa Akshara, Kama Kalaksharam and Kundalini Roopam. Now we will learn the importance of Kundalini Roopam.

Kundalini is the primordial force energy. This divine energy moves everything in this universe. In other words, everything in this universe is just a Jada Pretham (Siva) and the Jadam will move only with the help and blessings of Sakthi. She has shown special compassion towards mankind due to which every human being an learn, practice and achieves this Godhood. In fact, that is what She wants from us.

This Kundalini Sakthi resides in the Kula Kundam which is situated in Mooladhara Chakram having 4 petals. It is in coil form having a measurable size of three and a half and it is always in the sleep mode. Sadhak (Seeker/Practioner) must put efforts to raise it up and ascend towards the centre of head which is Sahasraara Pathmam. Once a devotee/seeker can achieve this he/she will become God and that is the end of everything I mean all unanswered queries will stop here. Entire ignorance will be wiped out in a fraction of that moment.

The quality and purity of Kundalini Sakthi are enjoyed by every being including animals and plants etc without partiality (God has to be impartial! otherwise what is God?). The main difference is its quality and durability. They are 3 ways. a) Pure Bhogam (Sexual act and achieving its climax) this is the lowest grade and stays the shortest duration of maximum 24 to 48 minutes (half or full Muhurtham. This practice is very common and every adult knows this without anyone's guidance or training.

The second approach is through Kundalini Yoga Abhyasa. The same energy was taken to Sahasraara Pathmam from Mooladharam through Sushumna Nadi escorted by Ida and Pingala Nadis. This act is more divine in nature and it stays from 48 to 180+ minutes. You need an accomplished Guru to achieve this joy. The seeker will get complete relief from Kama, Krodha, Lobha, Moha, Madha and Mathsarya who are the core and principle obstacles in achieving Godhood.

The third one is granted by God itself. The approach is Proksha Parama Bhakti Sadhana. In this case, God himself/herself will become our Guru. Duration of enjoyment is boundaryless. No limit, wow imagine God himself/herself selecting his/her disciple. This section is beyond the explanation of words. Pray...Pray....Pray.

Those who do not believe in God's presence in external objects can practice this method and realize God Paramathman by utilizing his/her own physical body being controlled by the inner energy.

The one (Energy) rule Kulam is Kundalini. Kulam also representing Earth, Aacharam, Kundalini, Sushumna and Sakthi.

To be continued in next Satsangh.

SRI LALITHA SAHASRANAMAM - ADHYAY SARAM - MAR-03-2018 - DISCOURSE - 16

Om Namasivaya Nama:

Chapter 4 - Manthra Rupam
Naama Manthram 84 to 87 (4 Naamas)

Last 3 Chapters we learned Paramathman in Her Sthoola Roopam (Kara Charana Angams) and now we are going to know her through Sookshma Roopam (Manthra Mayam), later we will also learn Para Roopam (Vasana Mayam). Her Sookshma Roopam is spread across 3 paths viz: Pancha Dasa Askari, Kaama Kala Akshram and Kundalini.

An approach to realizing Paramathma (Supreme God) or absolute Brahman is in either of the three ways only: Means, The Supreme God is either a Sound or Light or Form. Across all religion, either one of this method is practiced for spiritual practices.

a. Sound (Sabdha / Oli / Naadha Brahmam)
b. Light/Effulgence (Chaithanyam / Olli / Aathma Chaithanyam)
c. Form (Roopam / Uruvam / Prakruthi Swaroopam)

Divine mothers' says (Vasinyaadhi Vagdevathaas) one can attain salvation just by chanting her divine name itself. However, remember to imbibe or consume the power of those Mantras (Hymn) within. She is the Sound, Light and Forms. To be a master or realized person of a specific subject one must put lots of efforts and hard work, likewise even in the spiritual path (Adhyathmic route) untainted attention, devotion, dedication, resolution and faith must be there in the practice. In other words, try to be whole and soul of a particular mantra, no need to chant so many slokas just like an automatic machine. The mantra is meant for consuming the power of it just like a medicine in a tablet or capsule form.

So, to make the life easier for devotees, She revealed her power in the Pancha Dasa Akshari Mantra Vidhya having 3 parts viz: Prathama/Vagbhava Koodam (5 letters), Madhya Koodam (6 letters) and Sakthi Koodam (4 letters). You may wonder why the last Koodam is referred as Sakthi Koodam because Sakthi is the End. Nothing beyond Her. Her Pancha Dasa Akshari Mantra itself representing all her 3 forms viz Sthoola (Physical), Sookshma (Subtle) and Para (Absolute). Every Soul can attain Salvation only by Her blessings or wish. All Mantras having a subtle effect, therefore, it is called Sookshma.

There are 2 types of Pranavam Manthram exists:

1) Omkara Pranavam = A, U, M (Akara-Ukara-Makram)
2) Hrimkara Pranavam = H, R, E (Hakara-Rakara-Eakaram)

When you say Aa or Ha = Our inner energy will vibrate between Hipe to the foot
When you say Uu or Ra = Our inner energy will vibrate between Hipe to the chest
When you say Mm or Ee = Our inner energy will vibrate between Chest to the centre of eyebrows.

According to Sanathana Dharma Maarg, the core 3 principle ways of attaining salvation by practising one of these only. Where here, all such yogas or pathways are combined in one Mantra itself. Wow, what a greatness of divine mother!

1) Prathama Koodam = Gnaana Margam
2) Madhya Koodam = Bhakthi Maargam
3) Sakthi Koodam = Karma Maargam

Summary: Simply chant Mantra with devotion and attain salvation!

SRI LALITHA SAHASRANAMAM - ADHYAY SARAM - FEB-23-2018 - DISCOURSE - 15

Om Namasivaya Nama:

Chapter 3 - Bhandasura Vadam continues...

The third Chapter is having exceptional importance due to many quality reasons viz:

1. Creation and introduction of Lord Vigneswara to overcome most difficult obstacles.
2. Importance of Narayana Manthram and Maha Vishnu's Dasa Avatharam
3. Thidhi Nithya Devi's special power to defeat enemies who act adversely by using cheating act.
4. Loss of own beloved children, brothers and most powerful Army Chiefs of Bhandasur. In other words, even after having all such exceptional power with him, when the Divine Mother (Paramathma) wants him to be relieved from the bondage and merge with her, She will eventually cut all the relationships that gave false strength, imagination and power. Another lesson from this episode is that possessing so many things will not give way to revelation, one must give up or renounce everything to accept the truth (Thyagenaiva Amruthathwa Maansu). Either give up yourself or nature will take it. (Nature is none other than Parasakthi herself).
5. Usage of Maha Pasupatha Asthram and Kameswara Asthram to eradicate the adamancy shown by Bhandasur. No one can have permanent existence unless the source of all existence decided to do so.

The Jeeva (Soul, in this context it is Bhandasur himself) does not want to accept the truth (Paramathma) but it fights to the best since ignorance is enveloped to live. Moreover, false image, ego, pride etc. made him fight and fight (it is called Dwaitha Vruthis). Whereas once Mother decided to take us back from sufferings it will be done at any cost.

The summary of the third Chapter is already given in my previous week narration.

SRI LALITHA SAHASRANAMAM - ADHYAY SARAM - FEB-16-2018 - DISCOURSE - 14

Om Namasivaya Nama:

Chapter 3 - Bhandasura Vadham
Naama Manthram : 64 to 83 (20 Naama)

Divine mother revealed her divine form to the devotees who were pleading with her for protection from Bhandasuran.

Bhandan was born from the ashes of Manmathan. One of Siva's Gana-pathy Chithragaman collected the ashes and made a human male form, thereafter Brahma named him Bhandan (means Good). To show gratitude, Bhandan pleased Lord Siva by chanting various Manthras and Slogas and received blessings. After some time, Bhandan decided to do penance (Thapas) and got boon from Brahma that he can be killed by only a female sakthi. This made him egoistic and forget his purpose of life. Bhandan started giving lots of trouble to all good people and conquered all three Realms viz. Bhulok, Swargam and Paathaal.  His Kingdom is known as Sonitha Pura.

As per the supplication by devotees, divine mother had to kill him with the help of various divine Sakthis.

I consider Bhandan as our Soul (Jeeva - who is always good but due to ignorance it lives in a body and starts giving trouble to itself as well outsiders). After one's death and cremation (The burned Manmatha, primary representative of free will to attract and control anyone in this universe), nature will reward a human body for the departed soul and the transmigration continues until it gets absorbed by the Divine Mother Paramathma from where all movements (Primordial Force) takes place. Jeeva, the Purusha (Male) joins Param Purusha or Para Sakthi (Female). End of the human body is the beginning of the divine journey. Please note body is completely different from Soul (Jeeva). Mortal Body can be male or female form, but the residing Jeeva/Soul is always Purusha to be realized through various divine practices.

Summary: The afflicted ignorant Jeeva (Bhandan) gets the help of Divine Mother to be united with Her and free from transmigration called Salvation.

SRI LALITHA SAHASRANAMAM - ADHYAY SARAM - FEB-02-2018 - DISCOURSE - 13

Om Namasivaya Nama:

Chapter 2 - Srima-nnagaram
Naama Manthram : 55 to 63 (9 Manthram)

The 2nd Chapter is revealing the abode of Divine Mother and what type of seat She holds. She resides in Mighty Celestial Sumeru Mountain, this mountain resides in the Sudha Sagar (Ocean of Nectar). 3 types of Sumeru can be realized viz: 1) our physical body, 2) Mount Kailas and 3) Invisible Celestial Mount, out of these three, one can physically touch and feel first 2 mountains and the third one can be touched only by meditation by way of Bhavana.

This place has 4 peaks, first three peaks are the residence of Brahma, Vishnu & Rudra and the centre of these three the fourth peak that is Divine Mother's residence (Our heart - having 4 chambers). Her residence is surrounded by a Subtle Island called Manidweep within the seven oceans (Our body is filled with almost 7 litres of liquid mainly in the form of blood). To reach Manidweep one must cross 25 chambers of eternal worlds/properties. Her house name is Chinthamani Graham (Wishes fulfilling place). Her divine seat is shared and supported by Five Brahmas viz: Brahma, Vishnu, Rudra, Maheswara and Sadhasiva, in the same order of Her activities such as Srushti, Sthithi, Samharam, Thirodhana and Anugraha. For human beings, these 5 activities are known as Jagrath, Swapna, Sushuptha, Thurya and Thuryaatheetha (Jeeva's status). These Brahmas are seated or posited on the four corners like pillars viz: South-East, South-West, Noth-West, North-East and Sadhasiva as a table top. Sri Parasakthi (Divine Mother) sits on top of it.

Whereas our Jeeva's Five Brahma Aasanaas are the Five Sheaths known as Annamaya Kosa, Praanamaya Kosa, Manomaya Kosa, Vignaanamaya Kosa and Anandhamaya Kosa. In other words whatever the divine power as we too have the same. That is why the Veda says you are That, you are not different from That (Thathwamasi and Asithathwam), however, due to ignorance, we try to differentiate and confuse as our inherited decease. Many human beings never made an attempt to cure this transmigration decease, therefore, we are born with ignorance and continue to be a sick person until next birth. Those who treat and heal get cured and never born again.

She is having Saraswathy and Lakshmi with her two eyes. Therefore devotees wishes are understood by a simple look. This means a true devotee need not submit his wish list to her, all he/she need to do is look at her compassionate divine form and embrace her presence within his/her heart. Usually, a person who posses education/knowledge (Giver - Saraswathy) and wealth/prosperity (Giver - Lakshmi) get fulfilled all his/her wishes with the help of hard work or efforts (Durga). These hormones will emerge in our body those who meditate on her divine form.

Summary: Those who meditate divine mother's universal, self-illuminating charmful form in one's heart, he/she will become divine and attain salvation!

SRI LALITHA SAHASRANAMAM - ADHYAY SARAM - JAN-26-2018 - DISCOURSE - 12

Om Namasivaya Nama:

Chapter 1 - Sri Mathuravatharam continues...
Naama Manthram: 01 to 54 (54 Manthram)

Vagh Devathas revealing that Divine Mother has Three bodies viz: Sthoola, Sookshma & Para/Karana. These Three bodies also are known through three parts of Pancha Dasakhari Manthra (which is nothing but Sookshma Form). The first part consists 6 letters, second 5 letters and third 4 letters = 15 letters, this Manthra starts with Ka, Ha & Sa.

Divine Mother also sits in 24 supported Devathaas Simhasan. Eastside 3, Southside 5, Westside 7, Northside 4 and Center 5 total 24 surrounded Devathaas seat.

Red colour being symbolic of Compassion, Divine Mother appeared before all devotees in dark red colour. She emerged from Ghnanaagni (Fire of absolute knowledge). In other words, all true devotees usually become compassionate to all beings.

She had 4 equally competitive and merciful hands representing another set of 4 Dhevis, viz Aswarooda (Paasam), Sampathkari (Ankusam), Manthrini (Sugarcane) and Varahi (Pancha Pushpa Bhaanas). These Dhevis will help the devotees to overcome Lust & Desires, Anger, Mind, Indriyaas.

To summarize Divine Mother's this chapter, a true devotee when he/she meditate on mother's divine form it removes his Ignorance and makes him/her Absolute Knowledgable. Attaining absolute knowledge is Mukthi/Moksha.

Sri Lalitha Sahasranama Maala Manthram consists of 14 chapters viz:

Chapter 1 - Sri Mathuravatharam

Chapter 2 - Sri Man-Nagaram

Chapter 3 - Bhandasura Vadham

Chapter 4 - Manthra Roopam

Chapter 5 - Kundalini Roopam

Chapter 6 - Bhakthaa-nugraha

Chapter 7 - Nirgonopasana

Chapter 8 - Sagunopasana

Chapter 9 - Pancha Brahma Swaroopam

Chapter 10 - Kshethra-Kshethragna Roopam

Chapter 11 - Peedaani Angadevatha

Chapter 12 - Yogini Nyasam

Chapter 13 - Vibhuthi Visthaara Margabedha Samarasyam

Chapter 14 - Siva Sakthyaikhya Roopam.

Divine Mother says one can attain Mukthi (liberation from transmigration) by practising any of the 14 chapters/approaches. Everyone's ultimate goal is to attain Mukthi irrespective of their religion, caste or creed. Keeping this in mind, let's understand how one can achieve this by practising the principles of one this method.

Chapter - 1 = Sri Mathuravatharam
Manthram/Hymn:  Om Sri Matha/Sri Mathre Nama - Om Swadheena Vallabhayai Nama (Consists 54 Manthras).

The Paramathman who revealed in the form of Sri Lalitha Parameswari due to the supplication made by divine celestial personalities as well as prominent human devotees to provide them protection from Demon Bhandasuran. Though the Paramathman is living in everything and everywhere, yet Vasinyaadhi Vag Devathaa revealed to us that She has a living place where time and space has no existence, that is beyond the multi-trillion universe. She appeared in front of these devotees as a loving Mother (Matha). Her physical form was adorable and praisable on every front. A well structured physical body indicating that meditating on Her would make the devotees perfect in every form. We all know human life is meant for attaining perfection from defects in every manner. Devotees who are out of control of Six natural obstacles to attaining liberation such as Kama, Krodha, Lobha, Moha, Madha and Mathsaryam can be easily get rid of by meditating her perfect physical form.

The creator has given a promise to the human race that they will not be a victim of these six qualities of their own Mother and Sisters! Therefore, Paramathman came out to rescue those who are facing the difficulties to overcome these 6 diseases.

Divine Mother has 3 forms viz: Sthoola = Physical form, Sookshma/Subtle = Mathra form and Param = Vasana form/Knowledge derived from memory due to past action. Also known as Prathama Koodam = Bala Thripura Sundari, Madhya Koodam = Kameswari and Sakthi Koodam = Sri Lalithambika.

Sri Lalitha Sahasranamam - Adhyaaya Saram Priliminary discourse

Why do you need Punyam (Holy Credits) continues...

11. Build temple or place of worship.

12. Help the seeker, whichever way possible.

13. Do not overuse, misuse or abuse anything on this earth. Use the minimum required quantity for your survival. All is not for you alone... future generation also needed.

14. Pay the right remuneration to the worker. Don't hide his/her eligible dues.

15. Do not deceive anyone, whatsoever reason. Avoid over promising whereby you can't fulfil.

16. Do your 5 important duties without any expectations every day. (Pancha Yagna/Feed = Deva, Pithru, Bhootha, Rishi and Adhithi / God, Parents, Naturally living beings, Saints & Gurus and Guest).

17. Console the needy, if they approach. It can be through Manasa / Vacha & Karmana.

18. Do not consume/enjoy any pleasure and lustful activities (Bhogham) it includes all types of self-enjoyment except Spiritual activities during Sandhya time (Cusp period/meeting day and night).

19. Respect all beings and items. Disrespecting can cause loss of inherited Punyam.

20. Do not swear upon God or Mahathma's name and do atrocities or unwise activities. No personal gain business in the name of God.

21. Do not deal or friendship with bad people (Sinners).

22. Don't instigate others to get their curse on you.

23. Never forget 3 important ikons of your life. Kula Daivam, Upasana Murthy (Personal God) and Guru who did Manthropadesam to you (it also includes own parents - who gave you a Name that itself your own identity Manthram...and what not they did not gave you!).

24. Either encourage people who are doing good work or at least do not be a hurdle for someone who is doing a good/holy work.

25. Poorva Punyam is like credit balance of your bank account. Do not overdraw such accumulated holy credits by doing/involving Paapa Kriyas. More credit balance will make you proud as well the forthcoming generations on this earth. In simple term, doing good to your mother will make you happy in this life (Ihalokam) and for father (Paralokam).

SRI LALITHA SAHASRANAMAM - ADHYAY SARAM - DEC-22-2017 - DISCOURSE - 8

Om Namasivaya Nama:

Sri Lalitha Sahasranamam - Adhyaya Saram priliminary discourse

Why should you chant Sri Lalitha Sahasranamam?

To get rid of Paapam (Demerits) and to be close to Paramathma in the form of divine mother.

Why do you need Punyam (Holy Credits)?

To be a good person in all terms. Also to achieve a prosperous divine life in case we miss realizing Paramathma within this life itself. Because Punyam (holy credits) will eventually evaporate as we live long at the same time Paapam (Demirates) keep increasing to a mountain size. Therefore all our ancestors and great people recommended us to get involved in any work that produces more Punyam so that rest assured.

How can one get more Punyam to one's life?

1. Do all your duties without any attachment or expecting the results of the work. Manasa (Mind), Vaacha (Speech) & Karmana (Action) one should be vigilant to perform his duties without expectation. Kriya = Work with expectations, Karma = Work without expectations.

2. If you don't do any Paapa Karma i.e. harming others in every respect.

3. Visit Holy places, take bath/dip in the holy water and meditate on Manthra and its Murthy.

4. Take care of Parents, Gurus (Masters and Teachers) and Children and Grand Children.

5. Do social services keeping in mind that "you are on God's duty". Do facilities for the public.

6. Do Dhana & Dharma (Involve in Charity) without any publicity.

7. Don't harm animals, birds and other creatures who are below to your status of life.

8. Do penance to keep the body serene accordingly mind and soul (Jeeva/Aathma) will also get purified.

9. Conduct Pithru pooja (rituals for Ancestors) and remember them on the departed anniversary days.

10. Don't pollute Prakruthi (atmosphere as well environment).

SRI LALITHA SAHASRANAMAM - ADHYAY SARAM - DEC-15-2017 - DISCOURSE - 7

Om Namasivaya Nama:

Sri Lalitha Sahasranama Adhyaaya Saram continues..

Shad Varga Pancha Upachara Pooja:

Out of 64 Upachaaraas (method and types of worships), the most popular and divine mother's preferred choice is Five Upachaaras to remind every being that these Five Element principles are the main cause of your life. Therefore, remember and embrace that choice to gain holy credits. They are worshipped in Physical form as well in Inner Mind (Maanasa). These 5 element principles lying in Beeja Manthra viz:

Lam - Prithvi Thathwam (Earth Element) - Served as Thilak on her Agna Chakram (Mid-point of eyebrows). Sandle paste, Kum-Kum, Vibhoothi or Clay Mud (like Gopi Chandan etc..), Water etc.

Ham - Aakasa Thathwam (Space Element) - Served as offering fresh, fragrant flowers or leafs to her lotus feet, lap & head.

Yam - Vaayu Thathwam (Air Element) - Served as offering Dhup, fragrant incents, across body especially and preferably to show within 16 inches from the idol. Also, show rear side of her thick locked hair cloud.

Ram - Agni Thathwam (Fire Element) - Served as showing Ghee lamp (Badra Deepam) within 16 inches. The point at her lotus feet and 6 Chakras then all three eyes. Thereafter withdraw the light from Hrudhaya (Chest).

Vam - Amrutha Thathwam (Water Element) - Served as offering recently cooked food, fruits and sweet water.

Sam - Universal Thathwam (Ashta Prakruthi Element) as Single Rasa/Jist Element - Served as offering Thamboolam (Betel Leaf) consisting Eight Mangala Dhravyas viz Chandan, Punak or Elaichi, Gorochanam, Kasthuri, Javvad, Akhil, Pacha Karpooram (edible raw camphor) and Kumkuma-poo (Saffron flowers).

The significance of this approach is that Humans are locked under the influence of 8 obstacles to see Paramathman. So by including these 8 items in the betel leaf and chew, the divine mother (or devotee himself/herself) crush those Bandhan and release them to see God. By intaking the juice (Rasa compared with Amruth). Those 8 Bandhas are Gruna/Veruppu/Disgust, Lajja/Shy/Naanam, Bhaya/Fear/Dhukkam, Sankha/Nidhanam/Hesitation, Jughupsa/Dislike/Nindhanam, Kulam/Pride of Clan, Seelam/Habits/Vasanaas/Swaya Maanam, Jaathi/Pride of Caste.

Also, note the Betel leafs when mixed with calcium (Chunnampu) it will get the power to destroy all bacterias and germs. At the end of the day, Paramathmaa being motherly nature, only wish to see her healthy children attain Amrutha.
